  • Xanthomonas disease (Xanthomonas vesicatoria)
  • Late blight on tomato (Phytophtora infestans)
  • Tomato powdery mildew (Erysiphe orontii)
  • Tomato white mold (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)
  • Grey moud (Botrytis cinerea)
  • Cladosporium disease (Cladosporium fulvum)
  • Alternaria disease on tomato (Alternaria porri f. sp. solani)
and pests (Nematodes, Molluscs, Insects, and Acari):
  • Root-knot nematodes (Meloidegyne hapla+M. incognita)
  • Western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis)
  • Greenhous white-fly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum)
  • Onion thrips (Thrips tabaci)
as well as Aphids:
  • Peach-potato aphid (Myzus persivae)
  • Black bean aphid (Aphis fabae)
  • Two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae)

Rationale: These are the main pathogens that affect tomato. They can actually significantly reduce the harvest prospects.
